Positive: This is a recently renovated apartment run by a management company. We took a chance, even though there were no reviews. But given how elegant our previous accommodations and Verona in general, have been, in was a calculated risk. Great communication if you go through the reception managing the property, (which is a 10 minute walk away), and make sure you use their door to door service, as they’ll show you where the apartment is and how to get in (as there’s no hidden key near to the entrance). It’s very convenient to the centre, comfortable, and spacious for 4 people. The showers are great. The beds are very inviting, but if you want more than 2 pillows per person, you’ll need to ask in advance. You’ll need to bring essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oils to cook. Also, there wasn’t a toaster when we were there. The supermarket is a 3 minutes walk and there’s a great authentic Italian restaurant (2 dishes for 26€), next door.
