Positive: Our stay in Scala was our favorite part of our honeymoon. The property was quiet, scenic, and a short walk to multiple restaurants, grocery market, cafe, and tabacchi, most of which are situated around the town piazza just down the road. The host Luigi was very communicative and helpful. All the residents of Scala that we met were welcoming and personable. We enjoyed experiencing the daily rhythm of the small community, away from the tourist crowds, but just a short bus ride away from Amalfi and Ravello. The property itself was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed to have a peaceful and stress free stay. My husband is a notoriously finicky sleeper when traveling, but slept through the night the whole time because the accommodation was so quiet and comfortable. Thank you Casa Mercurio!
