Positive: Egor is the nicest host and the appartment is very nice - it seems to have been renovated not too long ago. The walls are thin, you will hear your neighbours :) Added bonus: The apartment comes with a parking place which is really great as parking on the streets can get tricky. Across the street is a shopping mall which also includes a supermarket. The view from the balcony (which is spacious is nice, too. You can see the ocean :)

Negative: The apartment is located within a complex which back in the days might have been quite nice. These days unfortunately it would need renovating.
