The house is available for two, three or four people. The cost varies from 10 to 20% more than the minimum rates (see box), depending on the number of guests. It is accessed by an impressive driveway between olive and almond trees. The floors inside are all tiled in white ceramic. A master bedroom is very spacious, furnished with wardrobe, dresser and TV area. Even the smallest room, windowed, has a wardrobe and bed alcove. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, fridge, oven, toaster, coffee maker and hob with 4 burners. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. The windowed bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The terrace has a tiled floor and 3 bisuoli, seats covered characteristic Aeolian tiled; is covered by a roof and contains a marble table with chairs for lunches and dinners. Also along one wall there is a sink Aeolian original stone. The terrace leads to a utility room with washing machine. In front of the house is a beautiful garden with shady areas under a fig tree centenary. On the sea side there is a pergola relax. Casa Maria is on a hill overlooking the sea, near the country and the services they offer Lipari (5 minutes walk).

Summary: Now after many months our words about the small nice holiday house... Sorry for being late. :-) It was a great time in June in the Casa Maria. Both, Maria and Beppe are really nice owners and concerned about you and that you find a perfect place to stay. The house is perfect situated in a garden and you have great views to Lipary town but also to the sea. Of course, when you decide to have vacation on Lipari Islands, you have to know that your way is always going up ;-)... also here. All what you need is there.. and Maria and Beppe are always there in case of help. Here a very big thank you for such straightforward help! Also thank you again to Maria for her zucchini flan recipe... we cooked it now many times and are remembered always on Lipari ;-). Lipari is perfect as base to visit all the other islands around and Casa Maria is always a visit worth! Maybe we will come back one time in future. Best regards and thank you again Sabine and Holger
