Positive: The house and surrounding was great! Very private and comfortable. Clear instructions.

Negative: We had some small complaints reported on the first day and further on (dirty table cloth, lots of cob webs outside, dirty bbq, missing remote control for ac) but never received satisfactory feedback or saw anyone showing up to fix it. This was dissapointing!
