3 Bedroom House in Los Angeles

When you escape to this magical Spanish retreat in the hills of Mount Washington, where the greatest sounds you will hear are birds, coyotes and the wind in the trees... you will not imagine that you are minutes from Downtown LA, Echo Park, Silver Lake, and Pasadena. This beautiful home offers Spanish tile verandas with day beds and a hot tub, french doors, large screen projector, fireplace, tiled bathroom with balcony views of the valley. Once you arrive, you will never want to leave.
The space
This epic Spanish villa style home, (bell tower and everything) boasts large verandas on either side of the house, accessed through beautiful french doors that open the whole house up to the golden light and warm breezes. Comfortable day beds furnish both patios accented with meandering pink bougainvillas and a large hot tub for moonlit soaks. The living area is open with a bar connecting the kitchen to the dining/living area. A Spanish fireplace and large screen projector are ready for cozy nights at home. Master bathroom has inset tiled bath with a balcony offering views of the valley. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . Master has king bed and ensuite bath. The other 2 bedrooms have comfortable queen beds.

The main home is yours while you are visiting. 2 story Spanish style home with large verandas on either side.
Other things to note
The house is located on a steep hill in Mount Washington.
There are many steps leading up to the house. It's worth it for the views and privacy- but it's good to be prepared.
There is only street parking. There is usually parking right across the street but sometimes later in the evening you may need to park slightly up or down the street.
Please do not block the neighbors driveways.
