Positive: Property Location and complex is great; This part of Costa Teguise is much quieter than the centre which suited us perfectly. Overall the apartment was nice & the complex is a very near to good restaurants, bars, supermarket and 1 minute from the beach and the coastal walkway. The onsite restaurant was closed while we were there due to holidays but there were many other great options within walking distance. The centre of Teguise is about a 10 minute walk along the coastal path if you want more shops, bars & restaurants. We did find the internet good in the living room & patio, but it did not work in the bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware & crockery, The microwave/oven was very handy & the washing machine was great.
Negative: Our visit was in December & the nights were chilly. There was only a sheet & thin duvet cover on the queen size bed but none of the duvets in the wardrobe would fit the bed as they were all singles. As commented by other guests the pillows were terrible, they were lumpy and the cheapest type from a well known superstore nearby. Although the mattress was comfortable, the pillows and lack of suitable bedding affected our sleep, an investment in decent hotel quality pillows would affect comments; tired guests = grumpy guests. We also had heavy rain while we stayed and the bedroom window really leaked which is making the bedroom curtains go mouldy at the bottom. The sofa in the lounge could do with a clean & as mentioned by previous guest the towels smelled very musty when damp. Note: You will need to do a shop for ALL supplies EXCEPT toilet rolls & washing up liquid / dishcloth. There was 1/2 a kitchen roll also. Luckily the supermarket is walking distance.
