Positive: Beautiful cozy establishment. Small but functional rooms, spiral staircase but also an elevator, the rooms overlooking a small park with 2 bistros with decent prices, and a Carrefour store. Close by restaurants of different flavours (Indian, Thai, Italian). 25 minutes walk to Eiffel. Comfortable bed, quality bedding, decent cleaning.
Negative: Small refurbishments might be needed here and there in the room. Rather old doors that seemed insecure, and the walls seemed painted up to a certain height to cover some stains probably. If you plan to sleep with windows opened, it could get noisy as the bistros are quite loud even after midnight, and the cars are passing by, and in the morning the street sweepers start early. Extremely slippery bathtub.
