Positive: It was a perfect fit for our family of 5! Very clean and the welcome box with dish and laundry detergents was very helpful and needed for first use since we did not bring those things.
Negative: I wish there was beach chairs/camp chairs, umbrella or something to bring to the beach instead of us having to buy those things and leave them.
Summary: Great location for accessing the beach and quiet at night.
