The ground-floor apartment for maximum 3 guests is in a modern residence, set in lush gardens, just metres from the famous seafront, the Promenade des Anglais. It is ideal for any couple who wants to combine relaxing on the beach with exploring one of the Côte d’Azur’s most popular towns.
The open-plan living area has been tastefully furnished with a contemporary sofa and armchair, plus a flat-screen TV. The kitchen/diner is at the other end of the room and has a sofa double bed. The sleek fitted kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The neat dining table seats 3 people.
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and hanging storage space.
