the double room "Cinnamon" is located on the first floor of our villa with a view of the garden and the swimming pool, with an area of approximately 20 m2. It is equipped with a shower room + private sink-an equipped kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher sink, 2 hotplates) - the w. vs. is separate and is in the hallway to share. This studio is rented either per night in a B&B (all inclusive daily maintenance + breakfasts + sheets + towels) or in a weekly rental at a lower rate (with paying options for sheets and towels) (see table PRICES). At the disposal of the customers and in common, you will enjoy our main terrace of the house of 90m², on the ground floor, where tables + chairs are made available for your outdoor meals, as well as 1 barbecue (for your grills to be enjoyed on the terrace) as well as garden + swings + slide + common swimming pool with deckchairs + parasols. This studio consists of a large 180 * bed (2 adjoining 90cm mattresses), free baby cot - 3 years + possibility of extra bed for child or 3rd person on request with extra cupboard, chest of drawers, 2 armchairs + dining table. v.-Wireless.+ free parking in the condominium road, convenience of shops all around our villa.
The villa Parfums d'Azur is a traditional villa of 620m², almost all of which is dedicated to welcoming guests, in Gîtes or Bed and Breakfast, and to the well-being of the customers we receive upstairs.
On the garden level, it consists of the large living room / dining room "AMBER" of 60m², place that hosts breakfasts as well as the table d'hôtes. The whole house is equipped with wifi and easy free outdoor parking.

All of this for a total of 2 to 12 people. ……… ..At their disposal and to share, the ground floor of our villa which consists of a 300m² garden planted with olive trees, citrus fruits and aromatic plants with swings + slide and children's games, with its common swimming pool and deckchairs + parasols allowing you to cool off and sunbathe… calling for “lazing around”
A large shaded 90 m² terrace with a barbecue and pizza oven (Christian offers you his wood-fired pizza every summer evening), will welcome you for breakfast, for a moment of relaxation or even for enjoy the table d'hôtes (in summer and on order).
Our villa PARFUMS D'AZUR in Mougins is located in a quiet area of villas, while being surrounded by shops and the city center as well as the proximity of Cannes, (1.5 km) with its beaches, the Croisette, its Casino, its shops, its Film Festival (in May), we are located in the "heart" of the Côte d'Azur surrounded by the cities Antibes (with Marineland) and Juan-les-Pins (with its Jazz Festival) + Grasse and its perfumes and NICE (with its promenade des anglais + airport (23km), not to mention St Tropez 1 hour away. Easy to reach us by highway A8 exit 42 on Cannes-Le Cannet.
With a shared swimming pool and a garden, our house with its 5 guest rooms and cottages upstairs is located 2 km from the center of Mougins. It is 2 km from Cannes train station. The rooms have a modern decoration, 2 of which offer a view of our garden with swimming pool and the surrounding gardens, 2 of them have a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hotplates, toaster. -

Our Villa "Parfums d'Azur" is located in a quiet area of properties while being almost in the center with all around the shops to help you out everywhere on foot if you like to walk a bit. We are adjoining the Municipal swimming pool "les Campelières" in Mougins open and heated all year round, adjoining also with the Cannes Dance School "Rosella Hightover" also 15 minutes' walk from the large Leclerc Center in Rocheville with its Cafeteria, 100 m from a large Carrefour Market surrounded by tobacco, hairdresser and restaurant and especially Cannes with its beaches, its Croisette, its Casino 15 minutes' by car or by Bus. Our house is soothing our terrace welcomes you upon your arrival, you can enjoy our garden and swimming pool as well as your children who can at the same time have fun on swings and slide, as well as our daughters. We are 1 km from the entrance to the A8 Motorway (exit 42-CANNES-LE CANNET). Our house is in the middle of a "very practical" neighborhood - easy parking in front of our house in the path of our condominium, and that is very significant. My daughters have room in front of the house for biking and walking, there is a quality of life in this house as well as in the neighborhood that we had not yet known.
