Summary: Room heater on off valve issue. Did not find until last night of stay. I didn't report, so, can't say about staff helpfulness. Reporting to let facilities know that they should check key components of room before allocating. Also, at check in time, a different allocated room's door lock did not work. Hence given an alternative room. Seems like this facility rlies on guest to report and then fix the problem rather than proactively check before assigning room to guest.
