Summary: We loved our time here! It was very tranquil! Lots of wonderful walks and sniff spaces for the pooches. Everything you need. The fire place was Devine in this cold winter. My dog has requested we buy him one for home 😂 hard to believe it’s so close to shops and amenities! If bringing pooches bring a baby gate for the top of the stairs so they can access the balcony deck safely without escaping for a wonder. Ours are only small dogs so we just blocked it with chairs but larger id recommend the baby gate! Bring some milk for coffee/ tea. The only thing that would have made it more amazing would be a spa on the deck and a dishwasher. But again those things would be nice to haves! The place was excellent without. Had Uber eats delivered no dramas just let them know how to access and come down the drive. The view is beautiful. The property is super lush. It was cosy and perfect! In winter it was a great snuggle fest Infront of the fire! In summer it would be an excellent wine / beer on the deck over looking the river. We kept our dogs on long line leads when we went exploring coz we don’t trust them not to face plant into the fence in the long grass down the river or if the lambs and sheep appeared so it made sure everyone was safe! If you have dogs please be respectful and collect poop and be mindful of the sheep etc so that we can keep this wonderful dog friendly accommodation, dog friendly! It’s hard to find so we were so thrilled about it!
