Summary: Our stay was extremely disappointing due to a clear misrepresentation of the unit. The listing indicated accommodations suitable for a larger group, but in reality, there were insufficient beds and no clear disclosure of the actual layout. This created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional situation for our group, especially as this was a business trip. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of support from the property. Despite raising the issue immediately and providing clear explanations, no effort was made to resolve the situation, offer alternatives, or provide any form of accommodation. There was no accountability taken for the inaccuracies in the listing. Overall, the experience was frustrating and avoidable. Travelers should be cautious and ensure they receive clear confirmation of room layout and sleeping arrangements before booking.
