This brand-new home has a rare find in Dewey, A POOL and ELEVATOR! and is scheduled for completion May 31, 2024. It is located in the middle of Dewey on New Orleans St crawling distance to restaurants and beach activities. The home itself sports 3 master bedroom suites! and one jack-n-jill bathroom that has a queen bedroom to the right and full bottom, twin top bunk bedroom to the left. The layout of the house includes lots of extra space to enjoy your time on vacation. We are taking reservations starting the end of June however we can take a security deposit for earlier and keep you posted on the possibilities as things get closer. Granite countertops are scheduled for the week of April 14 along with the installation of appliances that are already delivered. The furniture is also already delivered waiting in the garage to be set up along with the pool bar. The yard will be completely fenced in with a privacy fence around the pool area with plenty of afternoon sun for sitting out and relaxing. It is estimated that 6 cars will be able to park in the garage and driveway. Updated photos will be available May 10, 2024.
