Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. In the master there is a king-sized bed while the second bedroom contains a queen. The third bedroom contains a queen bed as well. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's décor as well as sturdy nightstands.
The living room features plenty of seating with comfy new couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area has a 65-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Four barstools allow for informal dinners, and right next to the kitchen is the dining area which has seating for guests and friends to stop by.
The bathrooms are clean newly updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms. Hairdryers are attached to the wall in the bathrooms.
This is NOT a pet friendly home. Bringing a pet with you will result in a fine of at least $250 plus any damages caused by the pet. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Boston Ridge is located in a new neighborhood subdivision in south Lubbock. The area is very safe and quiet. Main roads include 130th Street and University. This property is located close to the interstate and Loop 289 for timely and easy travel anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech is about a 15 minute drive away, and from there you can find all sorts of downtown restaurants and shopping, Please ask if you are looking for recommendation. Street parking is available, or there is a garage in the alley way that fits 2 cars.
