Positive: The rooms were very comfortable. Vincenzo and Roberta were wonderfully helpful and accommodating. Location was great.
Negative: No lift, stairs. No forewarning there was no lift. Very hard for anyone with limited mobility, although Vincenzo offered to move us to his other hotel with lift. We did not accept his offer because we loved our room.
