The home also features 2 separate living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The home has several outdoor covered lanais to enjoy as well as additional patio areas.

Guests have access to the entire home and property. Guests do not share access with any other parties or the host.
The host is not generally available on the property but is available to address any issues that may arise.
The home is located in a large neighborhood close to all of the areas attractions and amenities. Guests would likely not have very much contact with neighbors due to the lot size and vegetation on the property.
Guests can get around the neighborhood on foot, bike, or car.

Please send the Host an inquiry prior to booking a reservation with over 8 guests in order to confirm the number of Guests included, what additional Guest fees may apply, and to inquire if any discounts may be available.
TOTAL GUESTS: 8 Guests are included in the base nightly rate. An additional Guest fee of $25 per person/night applies for each additional Guest unless the Host has agreed otherwise in writing.
MAX OCCUPANCY: Up to 24 Guests (subject to Host approval and subject to additional fees)
GUEST COUNT: The Guest must provide an estimated Guest count at the time of booking. The Guest may provide an updated Guest count 7 days prior to arrival. No refund will be provided for a final guest turnout less than the count provided 7 days prior to arrival. The Guest count must include persons of any age. The Host may be able to provide a discounted additional guest fee. Please inquire.
VISITORS: The Guest must obtain prior approval for persons temporarily visiting the property in order to avoid the additional guest fee. Please inquire with the Host with the circumstances and details concerning the visitors to obtain prior approval.
VIOLATION: Exceeding the Guest count without prior approval WILL result in the termination of the entire reservation without a refund. Guests will be escorted from the property by local authorities if necessary.
