PLEASE NOTE: If your stay is on a Weds/Thurs, we do have a weekly house cleaner and gardener who come on alternating days to deep clean all the common areas and yard. They are here between 8:00am and 12:30pm on weds and 1-5pm on Thursday’s. But will not enter your room/bathroom area.

GUEST ACCESS
Once checked into your space feel free to make yourself at home with 24/7 access to your private room, spa bathroom, and all the communal areas in the main house. Please feel comfortable to come and go as you please.
PARKING. Your stay also includes one (1) parking spot on the street. If you have more vehicles, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate.
PETS: We do not allow pets in this room.
EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS: When possible, for a fee.
GEAR RENTALS: We also have gear available to rent for our guests who wish to travel light. Please enquire about our bikes, beach, and baby/kids gear rentals separately. We'd love to assist you!
WANT FRESH EGGS? There are 5 friendly chickens on the property who love to say “hello”! You are welcome to feed them treats (or your leftovers), they will LOVE you for it. Our 4-year-old takes care of them and offers their freshly laid eggs to our guest for a reasonable fee. All proceeds go to his "Toys & Adventures" fund.
MINI BAR. Arrive late and hungry or don't feel like leaving our oasis? We've got you covered! We love to delight our guest with thoughtfully curated items in our mini bar featuring local treats, beverages, and essentials.
HIKING. Just a block away, you'll find the Modoc Open Nature Preserve, a protected sanctuary perfect for nature walks, bird-watching, or horseback riding. The preserve connects to the Obern Trail Bike Path, which is accessible right from the intersection of Encore and Del Canto, where the Boho House Collective stands.
BIKING. Ideally situated at the crossroads of Encore and Del Canto, the Boho House Collective is your gateway to the Obern Trail Bike Path. As part of our offerings, we offer bike rentals exclusively to our guests, setting you up for a picturesque journey through the lush preserve to More Mesa Open Space. There, discover the secluded More Mesa Beach, known locally for its tranquil, narrow shores and occasional nude sunbathing. We offer convenient bike rentals, making it easy for you to explore the picturesque terrains of More Mesa Open Space and its secluded beach. Fancy a longer ride? Our personal favorites are a scenic ride to UCSB and Goleta Beach Park in the north or the Mesa's own Arroyo Burro Beach Park (locally known as 'Hendry's Beach') and the Douglas Preserve to the south. These paths are perfect for family outings, offering plenty to see and do for both kids and adults. Enjoy a smooth ride and captivating views.
