Upstairs studio apartment with stunning water view, well-equipped kitchenette and full bathroom, located on the water (bay side) on Madeira Beach, just steps from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! The sofa converts to a double bed as shown, and we also provide a Simmons Beauty Rest cot with a memory foam mattress for an additional sleeping option. The property features free off street parking (for one vehicle only), free laundry, a swimming pool, and dock. Ideal for long term stays.

Located on Madeira Beach, less than one mile North of John's Pass. The building is on the water (bay side) and across the street from the beach. There is a public beach access path directly across the street. The building consists of 9 apartments in total, with a mix of long term and Airbnb guests.
