WELCOME TO THE BLUE LAGOON INN, a Beautiful saltwater pool with pavers and plenty of space for enjoying the Florida sunshine.
When you walk through the pretty leaded glass front door, you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely this home is.
The kitchen and baths have been remodeled—Gourmet Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and island counter. Washer and Dryer included
Open space living room and dining room with TV, Power Recliners, and electric fireplace for ambiance or little heat.
Separate Sitting/ Game Room & Office Areas
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, ensuite bath, beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and access to the pool area.
The second Bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, and the third Bedroom is a Bunk bed with Queen & Twin XL and a TV.
Guest Full Bathroom with tub-shower.
Outdoor Kitchen & Grill w/ Separate eating area, swimming pool, a few sitting areas, and Feature Safety Locks on Doors &, fences.
There are shutters on several windows, a lovely oversized screened lanai, a garden in the backyard, fruit trees, and a lounge chair.
The garage is unavailable for the renters, and parking is on the driveway.
