Positive: Good location away from noise but still close to the port, pretty large property, and a communicative owner that worked with me despite arriving outside expected timeframe.
Negative: Due to its nature as an older property, don't expect modern amenities: a/c doesn't reach into the bedrooms, you will get electrical-shocked in the shower, toilet never fully flushed, etc. Listing says pay owner directly, who said PayPal was an option; person on-site only accepted cash.
Summary: Nice location, but modern amenities are lacking compared to other options in the immediate area.
