Positive: The property is a condominium in a 6 story building. The building was quiet and there is a balcony with a superb view. The apartment was excellent for my son and myself, reasonable beds and a good shower. The luxury of ski in/ski out, is something I have missed on recent ski trips. so that was awesome. The small lift near the apartment is brilliant if you are half decent on skis. Close by is the fantastic Restaurant Even, which was at least as good as any we went to in the main part of the village.
Negative: I don't really have a complaint because I really liked it, and would go again. Perhaps the sheets we rented (we didn't bring our own) weren't the best but that would be a very very small issue.
Summary: Great location close to some of the best views in the whole of the Cervinia/Zermatt resort
