2 Bedroom Apartment in Bilinga

This two bedroom apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (no lift) with beach views from the dining room and balcony. The tiled living room is very comfortable, spacious and is open plan with the dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The unit has a separate laundry off the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe and the second bedroom has 2 singles beds. Ceiling fans have also been installed in both bedrooms and living area. The basement style lock up garage is accessed from Golden Four Drive.
This property is situated just across the road from the beach, playgrounds along the esplanade for the kids, North Kirra Surf Club and the Gold Coast Airport are not too far away. You are only a short drive to Coolangatta or Tugun for local shops and restaurants and just around the corner from public transport along Golden Four Dr.
Linen IS NOT provided for this property - sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels - but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy
As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
