With two spacious bedrooms, the main bedroom allows for a separate ensuite and an additional walk-in robe with full length mirror, to store those evening outfits when dining nearby at renowned restaurants and dining precincts. (10 mins North to Palm Beach/South Burleigh or 5 mins South to Kirra Beach.

The boutique complex of just 12 apartments is shaded by a commanding Pine tree at the front allowing an abundance of lovely local wildlife. The complex, being dual-access, allows for plenty of off street parking at the front and rear of the property for guests.

This prime location is better known by the local surf community and boasts the quietness and stillness of a locally renowned surf location, whilst maintaining prime access to popular cafes, amenities and restaurants in neighboring suburbs. Adjacent to the picturesque beachfront the apartment guests have the option to meander along 8kms of scenic beachfront cycling and waking track or walk to nearby Golden Times Cafe for an acclaimed coffee and all round local experience. Or perhaps wander a mere 15 minutes to the noth to find Tugun’s vibrant dining, health and wellness precinct.

If walking south, in just 15-20 minutes you will reach the North Kirra RSL and main strip comprising of delicious cafes and restaurants, coffee and shops.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels and pool towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring any personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
