Positive: Close to town and activities.
Negative: I would not recommend this condo for anyone over 50 years old. When you come from sea level to 7500 foot elevation it is bad enough but then you arrive at your condo and you have to pack your bags and belongings up 35 steps you feel like you are going to have a heart attack. I left the cooler in the car as I didn't want to carry it up the 35 steps. I prefer a unit that you can park in front of and walk in through the front door. I would not rent this unit again.
