Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The house is comfortable and close to the ocean. We enjoyed our family time together and the sleeping arrangements are very good.

Negative: The maintenance on the property is not kept up: The dishwasher is broken and it’s very difficult to pull out the bottom shelf. The curved section of the sectional is not supported and is not safe. We had a family member lean back on it and it tipped over nearly causing them to fall into the patio door glass. The patio screen doors are stuck and cannot be opened. The garage door opener is broken and cannot be used. The motor was actually smoking. We disconnected the opener so we could come and go with our golf clubs. It is disconnected now.

Summary: We enjoyed our vacation. A little maintenance and upgrading would make a good vacation even better
