Positive: The room has that wow effect for sure. The hotel is located on Serra (higher ground neighborhood in Belo Horizonte) so the view from those floor to sealing windows is breathtaking. You have the entire city at the palm of your hands. Room is very spacious and it was very clean. This room is not part of the hotel so all management was done trough Booking chat and it went smoothly. They reply almost instantly and were very helpful. Breakfast was 5 stars. So much option.
Negative: Hotel staff was a bit rude when it comes to explanations, especially at check-in. I felt like they are not in a good relations with the people that own the room. Cleaning was also not part of the hotel services so nobody was taking the trash out for the entire stay (5 days). There are no shower gel or shampoo available in the room and not hair-dryer.
Summary: Amazing view over the city in a large room on 16th floor
