Summary: The owner is extremely responsive. We stayed for 5 weeks as a transition for a move. He consistently checked in on us to see if there was anything that we needed. The apartment is 2 blocks from the beach and we would walk down every evening to see the Sunset. So many restaurants answered within walking distance. Ca
