Completely renovated in 2023, this historic building is 3,000 square feet of charm and modern amenity. This listing includes both levels and exclusive use of the entire property, with up to 9 guests allowed for both overnight stays and intimate events. The second story of the property has a 1,500 square foot sanctuary with 13-foot rounded ceilings and includes a living and dining area, along with a gourmet chef’s kitchen on the sanctuary stage (perfect for private chef’s and caterers), and a spa-like bathroom with an oversized and extra-deep Moroccan copper bathtub. The upstairs level also includes a chesterfield sofa with a queen sized sofa bed. The 1,500 square foot downstairs level has a gear storage closet perfect for skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, fishing rods, and is equipped with electric heated boot dryers and gear-drying racks. The downstairs level boasts a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom guest wing, and includes a lounge area with a full sized sleeper sofa and smart TV, along with a euro sized kitchen and guest laundry room. Each bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite or dedicated bathrooms, and includes designer furnishings, linens, fixtures, toiletries, bath salts, hair dryers and towels.

Guests will also enjoy the 8-person hot tub and rotating displays of contemporary and vintage original fine art, some of which is available for purchase and can be shipped by the property owners upon your departure!
