Summary: We just had a little problem with the digital lock not working initially and confusion on what was booked when they offered to change our room. But after some time they were able to get the lock working properly and we got into our original room. Ocean, the staff person working was amazing and kind as he juggled many things while trying to deal with our unique situation. Everything else was fantastic and we hope to be able to go back someday.
