Newly renovated 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom home in Darley boasting beautiful gardens and open space living inside.
The master room is complimented by twin walk in robes and an expansive ensuite sure to impress.
Separate living rooms ideal for all family occasions plus open plan family/kitchen.
Central kitchen perfect for entertaining, it offers great storage, quality appliances and large walk in pantry.
Your year round comfort is catered for by ducted heating, evaporative cooling, ceilings fans and quality window furnishings.
Additional features include impressive laundry with walk in linen cupboard, skylight, and incredible views from nearly every window.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage which is where I (the owner) keep my personal belongings. Garage will be locked.
Other Things to Note:
Gardening maintenance is done once a month so please don't be frightened if they come during your stay. They don't need access to the house, they will just be on the outside.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
