This is the perfect location for families with children or for adults who want to be able to pop in/out for a quick lunch. Offering easy access to the ski run, Quicksilver Lift and ski school on Peak 9. Plus it's only a couple of blocks to Main Street. Truly one of the best locations in Breckenridge!
This two-story townhome sits directly slope-side facing the ski area, allowing for perfect ski in/ski out access. Other unit amenities include a gas-burning fireplace, private washer/dryer, a sunny deck with private gas grill, Wi-Fi, one-car garage and beautiful mountain furnishings. This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests have access to the indoor/ outdoor Upper Village Pool facilities located directly across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

Summary: Perfect location with ski in/ski out. We were able to walk to everything we needed. The place was very clean, warm and comfortable. It was below freezing the whole time and the fireplace was a welcoming reward at the end of a day of skiing. The management property was very responsive. The key pick up and drop off was a 20 min walk and we didn’t have a car. That was the only downside.
