This very comfortable house is located in a wonderful area overlooking renowned Porto Cesareo, about 150 meters from the beach in the Strea laguna. It's a big detached house, perfect for numerous groups and families who wish to be together while maintaining some privacy. Structured on 2 floors, it presents a beautiful courtyard bordered with flower beds, in which the first part offers parking spaces (in the shade of American climbing vines) and the second, both front and side, is equipped with tables, chairs and a stone barbecue for outdoor meals in the shade. The ground floor has 3 entrances, excellent for moving around without disturbing your friends and family. The front entrance leads to a first large bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, a side entrance gives access to the living room with kitchen (here you'll find a sofa bed sleeps 2) and then the area with 2 bathrooms with shower. The side entrance leads into a comfortable double room. From the courtyard, a staircase leads to the beautiful upper floor, consisting of a penthouse. More precisely, there you'll find a double bedroom, the third bathroom with shower, another bright large living room opened onto an equipped kitchen and an area with a double bed that can be separated thanks to the ingenious accordion wooden partition, thus constituting the fifth bedroom. From there you will step outside on the terrace, overlooking the sea, sit on the deckchairs and enjoy the sea view, or at the table for a lovely aperitivo at sunset… Given the composition of the rooms, the presence of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with all the elements of comfort, this house is perfect for large groups and families who wish to spend a nice holiday in Salento, each subgroup having their own spaces and privacy.
