Less than 5 minutes by car from beaches and shops, this beautiful villa boasts an incredible panoramic sea view.
Very sunny, this villa is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The villa can accommodate 10 people with its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- the master bedroom with its double bed, bathroom, whirlpool bath, shower and WC. This room has a balcony with a magnificent sea view.
- two bedrooms (with double bed) and a bathroom and WC. One with a sea view and the other overlooking the pool.
- an independent studio with double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and WC. Large bay with sea view from the studio.
A large living-dining room opening onto a balcony terrace with splendid views over the Bay of Saint-Tropez. The living room is equipped with a connected TV, audio-visual system and fireplace.
3 kitchens are available for your stay:
- the well-equipped indoor kitchen close to the living room
- the outdoor kitchen with its gas barbecue, a very large terrace and magnificent sea views
- the studio's fully-equipped kitchen
Another terrace, again with sea views, opens onto a private 8 x 4-meter swimming pool. The pool is maintained and cleaned weekly, and is secured by an electric cover. The pool can be heated on request from early April to late October.
You can relax in the sun on the sunbeds on the villa's various terraces, or in the shade.
A pétanque court with magnificent sea views is available in the house garden.
New for 2025: ping-pong table and PS5 games console (can be deactivated at parents' request).
Many other amenities are included: TV, WIFI, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning...
You can park several vehicles in the villa's enclosed parking lot. This parking lot includes a Tesla fast-charging station which is available free of charge. It is also compatible with other major brand electric vehicles.
This unique villa is a 20-minute walk from the beautiful Garonnette beach and yacht club.
From the villa, you can visit the beautiful towns of the region: Sainte Maxime, Saint-Raphaël, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Pampelone and its beaches... You can also visit Saint Tropez 30 minutes away by car or by taking advantage of the maritime shuttles that leave from the port of San Peire (5 minutes' drive from the villa) and cross the bay in 20 minutes.
Toulon airport is 50 km away, Nice 70 km.
