Welcome to our Lake view 5 bedroom 4 bath 2,916 sq ft fully updated two story home. You get the entire place for yourself to enjoy and relax. The home sleeps 6 people spaciously. Close to Sugar Mill Winery, Downtown Sacramento, Old Sacramento, Sacramento Airport, UC Davis and easy access to all freeways. Walking distance to trails and children’s water park. The home is nestled in a quiet/safe and well landscaped residential neighborhood. The lake view - directly in backyard

The living room - Very spacious with two large couches with a 70 inch Smart TV that has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, YouTube and ect.

The kitchen - open concept kitchen/dinning area with modern finishes. Includes a Cappuccino/Latte Keurig Coffee maker with complementary coffee, tea and decaf. Complementary snacks included.

The bedrooms - 5 total bedrooms. 1 king bed in the master bedroom downstairs and 1 king bed in the guest bedroom upstairs. Three more Queen bedrooms downstairs. Fresh linen sheets and towels provided.

The bathrooms - 4 bathrooms total with three showers and 2 bathtubs. 1 Master jacuzzi bathtub with included bubble bath, body butter, bath bombs and bath salts. Showers and bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, hand lotion and body wash.

Lake View Backyard - covered patio with furniture and included stocked S’mores bar. (Chocolate, Marshmallows & Graham Crackers for roasting). We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION during your stay at our property:

• Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. No pets allowed

• Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke outside and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property.

• Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and events are not allowed.

• Check-in time is after 3 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM.

• Please use the smart lock for self-check-in with passcode provided.

• Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances.

• Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited.

• Personal mail deliveries are not allowed on the property.

• The number of 6 guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed.

• Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed.

• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.

NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.

• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.

• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.

• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue.
