This gorgeous 1747 sq. ft. lake front condo in Bonita Springs’ Hawthorne community is in the heart of Southwest Florida and everything it has to offer. Hawthorne is located near charming downtown Bonita Springs, close to the beautiful beaches of Bonita Springs and Naples, public golf courses and the world-class shopping and dining of Naples. Hawthorne is approximately 15 miles from RSW International Airport and 12 miles from Bonita Beach.
The 1st floor condo has been tastefully decorated with your comfort and convenience in mind. The unit features 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 full baths, laundry room, 2 car attached garage and a large screened lanai overlooking the lake with spectacular sunset views. Enjoy preparing meals in your fully equipped kitchen and entertaining guests in the spacious and inviting great room with a large flat screen tv and sofa bed. The den is furnished with another sofa bed, writing desk and flat screen tv to allow for working remotely or hosting a total of 8 people.
The primary bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king bed, large flat screen tv and an abundance of storage, including a walk in closet and slider to the lanai with a view of the lake. The attached bathroom has double vanities, a corner soaking tub and separate glass enclosed shower. The guest bedroom, located on the opposite side of the unit, features a queen bed and spacious closet with the guest bathroom located across the hall.
Hawthorne is a gated community with 24 hour security, 2 heated pools, 2 fitness centers, 2 lighted tennis/pickleball courts, a clubhouse and sidewalks throughout the community. In addition, Hawthorne has an active social calendar with many activities such as tennis, pickleball, bicycling, book clubs, water aerobic, cards, mahjong, cocktail and coffee hours to name a few.
