Spread over 3 levels this attractive new home truly checks all the boxes with features like the family room and central AC! The open and spacious main living area has cathedral ceilings, it includes the modern fully equipped kitchen with island and dishwasher. The open floor plan will afford your group the opportunity to spend quality time together while fixing a great meal. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a grand table and seating for 8+, and the living area with a large Smart TV and cozy gas fireplace and hearth. The main living opens with sliders to a spacious deck for barbecue or relaxing. This level also has a bright bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2), full bath, and mudroom with laundry. The upper level has 2 additional bright bedrooms, the first room has a queen bed (sleeps 2), the second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds one is a twin size bunkbed (sleeps 2) the other is full size bunkbed (sleeps 4). These 2 bedrooms are serviced by a full bath. The lower level is perfect for spreading out and/or entertaining! Its set up as a spacious family room with a ping pong table, additional Smart TV and full bath. Enjoy summer nights by the fire pit. Just a short drive sandy beaches on the Pea Porridge Ponds and Silver Lake, close to the countless opportunities of North Conway and the Mount Washington Valley.
