The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, newer gas stove with full-sized oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, Keurig, tea pot, 4-slot toaster, slow-cookers, and a huge farmhouse-style sink w/ garbage disposal. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, kitchen and steak knives, cooking spray, cooking oil, coffee, filters, tea bags, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided for preparing tasty, money saving, home-cooked meals. Clean-up is a breeze with an automatic dishwasher, dish drainer, sponge, towels, dish soap, and dishwasher soap pods provided.
Both the breakfast nook and dining room tables expand to easily seat 8 people!
The family room boasts a couch, two rocker-recliner chairs, coffee and end tables, a new smart TV with Dish DVR, new DVD player, and WiFi. Relax in front of the fireplace and enjoy the satellite TV or a movie from the huge collection of provided DVD's .
The living room's comfy couch, squashy chair, ottoman and tables to hold your mug of coffee or tea offers the perfect, quiet room to relax while chatting with family or spotting neighbors on their morning strolls to the nearby park. Or pull out a jigsaw puzzle from under the table for hours of fun.
Three of the bedrooms boast queen size beds while the fourth bedroom has a twin, loft-style bed AND a full double bed. All beds come with comforters, blankets, sheets, and plenty of pillows. All mattresses have been purchased within the past year. A Pack N' Play and fitted sheets also available for your little one. Bedrooms are also equipped with wall-to-wall carpet, dressers, mirrors, laundry baskets, luggage racks, and plenty of hangers in the closets! Attractive wall art finishes out the décor of each of these lovely, soothing rooms.
Our two sparkling clean bathrooms come with plenty of towels, bar soap, and liquid hand soap.
The separate laundry room is complete with a washer, dryer, electric iron, ironing board, broom, mop, and various cleaning supplies. Laundry soap pods are provided free of charge!
