Bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs.
On 2 acres of manicured forest.
Half a mile from Hubbard's Beach, a great surf spot for locals.
Open floor plan surrounded by peaceful wilderness. Much wildlife, blue jay's, squirrels, deer and butterflies to name a few, perfect to view from patio.
Will consider pets with fee.

Summary: Cute place, one bed and it was dirty, other spots in the small place dirty, the clean sheets were small and for a twin bed not a queen bed. The stairs to go from loft sleeping area to bathroom were too slick and dangerous. On the stairs alone I’d never stay in any place like that. Stairs are a safety issue. I should have to do the cleaning when I pay a cleaning fee .
