This authentic farmhouse with a living space of 550 m² has been completely restored and furnished with great taste. It is located on a sloping 13,000 m² property, surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean gardens. The view over the French Alps and the surrounding villages is breathtaking. A true oasis of tranquility and French charm.
You can enjoy it everywhere, but certainly at the (heated) swimming pool of 15x6 meters, with sun beds, umbrellas and a cozy, covered lounge area with an outdoor fireplace. In addition, there is a pool house with a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue. For your meals you can choose from 3 cozy, covered outdoor spaces with large dining tables. At the pool you will also find an outdoor shower and a toilet as well as a sauna room and additional shower. There is also a fitness room, housed in the former water basin, with a view over the valley.
The home is a succession of cozy, pleasant spaces with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Alongside a cozy dining room with a view of the garden. There is also a TV room, a cozy, stone bergerie with a working fireplace. The bedrooms are on the upper floors. All double-bed bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. Air conditioning is provided in 6 bedrooms. In a side part of the house there is a laundry room.
This mas is rented with many services. A maid can come every day. Childcare is possible upon request. The gardens and swimming pool are maintained weekly. Gas and electricity will be counted in forfait.
In the immediate vicinity you will find a large supermarket (Casino) and a grocery store (Grand-Frais). In the cozy village you can enjoy the many restaurants, the weekly markets, the local bakery, etc.
Nice airport is a 25-minute drive away, Cannes center a 15-minute drive away. Mougins at 5 minutes.
