Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is located in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the ground floor. This vacation rental complex is definitely one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. The covered parking spot is 20 yards from the front door so easy loading and unloading. The back door is 30 yards to the sand. This is awesome when you want to quickly run in from the beach to grab something. Now, onto the inside. The master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. All linens and towels are provided. And in the living and bedrooms there are Flat screen TV's, the Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has two single beds, the laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. The unit includes two beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels.
We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Summary: The location and access are great for a beachfront condo. Wonderful view and well stocked. Roomy and comfortable and clean. We were happy about the Keurig coffee maker and beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided. Quiet area but close drive to activities. If we visit this area again, I will definitely choose this condo. Kudos to the owners for maintaining this slightly older condo. We loved it. We left refreshed.
