The open kitchen comes with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining nook. There is a shower/WC and a separate WC on the ground floor. The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, has three rooms with sloping ceilings. One room has a double bed, another has a double bed, and the third room has a single bed. All rooms on the upper floor have exits leading to a balcony.
