Charming two-storey semi-detached house, located on a corner, in a beautiful Mediterranean-style development and a stone's throw from Fuengirola train station and the most famous shops.
This Mediterranean complex has a restaurant next to the house, in a quiet environment surrounded by nature, trees and plants, making it a tourist destination, well known among our regular guests who seek tranquility.
The first floor consists of an open-plan kitchen, recently renovated, a living room, a dining room, very spacious and decorated in a very cozy style.
From the living room of the house, you can access its large terrace, surrounded by a private garden and a rest area where you can relax and enjoy our wonderful climate.
On the upper floor, there are two separate bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the second with two separate beds.
