Beautiful spacious air-conditioned apartment, completely refurbished in perfect location to visit Nice and explore the Cote d'Azur.
3 minutes walk to beach and the Promenade des Anglais. Close to centre-5 minutes away by bus or a short walk from the main shopping areas and the old-town. Sea view from the terrace. The apartment is on the 5th floor serviced with an elevator.
The perfect place for an unforgettable stay in Nice. It has been recently refurbished with modern and high quality material, furniture and decoration. Parking is not included in the rental. Paid parking is available nearby, the closest one is at Place Massena who offer daily and weekly rates.

Summary: Place was roomy and clean and a great location. Loved the patio that had a view of and ocean. The manager who let us in was very nice but communication was a little difficult but we figured it out. Would stay again which is biggest compliment.
