It has a fully block fenced yard, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an open floor plan and approximately 2300 square feet only a couple blocks to all the hiking/riding trails of the North Mountain Preserve and very close to great shopping and restaurants.
This home has beautiful mountain views with two sets of French doors leading out onto a large covered patio and a stunning resort style pool featuring waterfalls, a Grotto Cave and spill over spa. Back yard also has a gas BBQ, fire pit, and gazebo for your outdoor enjoyment.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring commercial built-in Viking appliances, Coffee/Wine bar, granite counter tops, hand scraped hardwood floors and cherry wood cabinets. All this located within only 20-25 minutes of downtown Phoenix and the airport, 30 minutes to Tempe or Glendale,15-20 minutes to North Scottsdale, TPC, and Barrett Jackson etc.
Home is fully equipped and includes free WiFi.
As a guest all you will need to bring are your clothes and personal belongings to enjoy your stay. It is truly an entertainer’s dream home and a rare hard to find centrally located property that is close to town and to all the winter/spring events the Valley of the Sun has to offer.
Huge Master suite includes a king size bed and an elliptical for your away from home workout and a flat screen television with DVD player. The master bath has separate dual vanities with sinks, large shower w/ two shower heads, a separate Jacuzzi Garden Tub, walk in closet and separate toilet (water closet) area. The master suite also has a private entrance that leads to the rear patio and access to the pool and jacuzzi area.
The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have Queen size beds, and there is an additional queen size Aero blow up bed to accommodate additional guests.
Guest Bath has chiseled Travertine stone floors, two separate sinks and a separate toilet/shower area.
Large Laundry Room has built in cherry wood cabinets with a washer/dryer and an iron and ironing board.
Formal Living Room and Huge Family Room with hand scraped hardwood floors, a stone wood burning fireplace, large flat screen television with DirecTV including the premium channels and Free NFL Sunday Ticket.
Huge front patio with large cedar posts and beams.
Central A/C and heat, large 50 gallon water heater, and an RO drinking water system.
Free covered parking for 3 vehicles and lots of additional space for secure RV/Boat parking or parking your business vehicles.
This property is zoned for horses, although there are currently no horses in the neighborhood and there has not been for some time there is corral fencing available at the rear of the property that could possibly be utilized with advance agreement, please contact the owner for details.
