Available for a 6 month minimun rental or annual rental. Tile floors throughout with new carpeting in bedrooms, large laundry room, stainless steel kitchen appliances, large breakfast bar, new small appliances, utensils and linens, and a two car garage make this a desirable home away from home.

• Tenant Pays: Application Fee $100, Departure Cleaning of $250
• Security Deposit: $1500.00
• Owner Pays: Cable, Internet, Lawn Care, HOA Management Fees, Pest Control, Security, Trash Removal, Taxes. Additions to the cable/internet service will be at the expense of the tenant. All rentals will require the tenant to pay electricity and water.
