Rustic elegance abounds as you leave the stress of your busy life behind. Turn off your cell phones and electronics and spend time with the familyand yet know you may still be intouch with wifi and a land line if it's a must. (We cannot guarantee cell service in the mountains, but Verizon works well at this location.)
Fall, Spring and Summer, dip your toes in the creek with the kids and splash around and cool off. Laze the days away on the creek-side bench or read a good book and listen to the sounds of nature.Pitch horseshoes in the regulation pit. In the fall, build a fire at the fire pit and roast smores and play horseshoes during the day or by firelight.
Walking into the main level entrance to the rightis a spacious kitchen with granite countertops with bar seating, updated black appliances (including dishwasher), dining area and powder room. The homeowner provides spices, children's plateware and cutlery, Crock pot, toaster oven, microwave, blender, anything an aspiring chef would need in the kitchen!! A wood burning fireplace with beautiful stacked stone and custom natural wood surround awaits in the den.Cozy up in the fall and winter nights as you view your favorite show on the large flat screen TV or play a board game with the kiddos. A pack n play as well as a baby gate are provided for those with kiddos. On the same level is an amazing king master bedroom with largeprivate bath. Full washer and dryer are also on the main level. Relax with your coffee on the screened porch with abundant seating and views of the pasture and creek.
Wander upstairs to the spacious loft and you'll find bunk beds (queen on bottom, twin on top, reading area and play table for the young children. The chalk board, coloring books and crayons, board games, play train table and crib will keep the little ones busy for hours! Adjacent is another king master with private bath with shower/tub combo and a private deck to retreat from the kids.
On the lower level is a den with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and gaming area. Games include a small bumper pool table, casino style card table, foosball table and electronic gaming console! Another private bedroom with two queen beds, TV and huge bath with shower and clawfoot tub are ready for guests. Walk outside to the large hot tub, regulation horseshoe pit and the fire pit in a private setting where nature abounds. Corn hole is also available for your entertainment.
