LJ Hooker Kingscliff welcomes you to Beachfront Eclipse. It is a unique 4-bedroom home situated on the beachfront in the quiet cul-de-sac of Eclipse Lane. The house is perfect for two families or a holiday with grandparents.
Your spacious open plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas cooktop, double door stainless steel fridge, plenty of bench space, dining table, air con, ceiling fan, lounges, and flat screen TV. This air-conditioned area opens out to the large beach facing deck with outdoor furniture & Barbeque plus a beautiful backyard with direct access to the beach and cycle/walking pathway.
The in-ground pool is the centrepiece of the home.
Air Conditioning Throughout
When you first walk through the entrance to the property, off the secure breezeway you will find an air-conditioned Bedroom 1 to your left with a Queen size bed, walk through robe and ensuite.
There is also a powder room, main bathroom, and separate laundry off the breezeway.
Bedroom 2 consists of a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and built in robe.
Bedroom 3 includes a bunk bed and tri bunk, ceiling fan, TV, DVD player and lounge.
These bedrooms both have access to a three-way bathroom situated in the centre of both rooms.
