Welcome to stay in this exclusive two-bedroom condo, on a Deluxe class complex on the Beach and in the middle of Puerto Vallarta.
The condo is on the 14th level floor, with expectacular views to both Ocean and Mountain; large balcony area; 2 bedrooms with walk-in closet and bathroom; Kitchen equipped with appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc) and basic cooking utensils and dishes. There is A/C; a 60” Samsung Smart plasma flat screen so that guests can access to any streaming platform to which they are subscribed (Amazon TV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, Fox News, CNN plus, etc).
Guests can access to the amenities at the common areas of the complex by wearing a bracelet that we provide. The amenities are such as various pools and a wading pool; jacuzzies; Beach access; beach chairs and palapas; lounge chaises by the pools; snacks bar; Spa; Gym; Playground; Parking; Concierge Service; Elevators; Tennis court; Security personnel; Gated complex.
Located convenietly on the main avenue in Puerto Vallarta; with the newest shopping village La Isla in the lot attached to the complex; across the street there is a group of the best restaurants in town, and on our left side is located another center with great restaurant options, banks, atms, global brand coffee chain shops; etc. At 10 minutes by car is the Malecon and Guadalupe Church; and only takes five more to get to the Old Town area, also known as Romantic Zone.
We are flexible at the time of check in, but if the same day of your arrival we have a check out, we will not be able to receive you before 04:00 PM. On the other hand if your arrival is later than 10:00 PM will cost $10 USD or the Mexican exchange currency of the day.
Check out time is at 11:00 AM, there is no late check out option.
* This condo is adult-conditioned, children are welcome but you will need to supervise them. If you want to include an additional guest to the allowed ones, it must be under previous authorization and with an additional charge.
